Craig Holliday - Principal
Holliday Group of Sarasota Inc. was founded by Mr. Holliday in October 1993. Mr. Holliday is a life long residence of Sarasota with his family and late father, Sarasota School architect Jim Holliday. Mr. Holliday is a graduate of the University of Florida, School of Building Construction with one year of study in the undergraduate program in the School of Architecture. Upon graduation, he has worked with several large locally based general construction firms, specializing in commercial construction projects located from Key West, FL to Washington D.C. Mr. Holliday is a state of Florida licensed certified general contractor and has worked in the construction and architectural field for over 30 years.
Joe Bohannon - Project Manager
Joe Bohannon, also a native of Florida, worked for Florida Power and Light for over 15 years in the underground and overhead construction department. Mr. Bohannon is very knowledgeable in all phases of underground utilities construction and site work. Since leaving FPL, he has been in the building industry for 13 years, six with Holliday Group.
Dianna Graham - Office Manager
Dianna Graham originally from New York brings over 15 years of Office Management/Accounting experience to Holliday Group. She assumed the responsibilities of Office Manager for Holliday Group in 2004. Mrs. Graham is responsible for office administration functions, supervision of all administration support, contract administration, human resources, and the liaison between clients, subcontractors and staff.
Patrick Graham, originally from New York earned his Bachelors Degree from SUNY Brockport. He is a creative and energetic professional with nearly 20 years experience in managing and directing both projects and productions. His expertise lies in managing projects from concept through construction with key competencies in planning, estimating, organizing, scheduling and budget development. Mr. Graham is responsible for various projects to include build-outs and new construction.
