After a kitchen fire forced them to close, Holliday Group was able to bring this Sarasota staple back to life. We did a complete gut and rebuild, which was particularly challenging as any renovation work after a fire requires special cleaning to eliminate the smoke smell. We then did a structural renovation as well as renovating all the finishes. This work was completed within 8 weeks as season was just beginning at this destination location and keeping staff and customers happy was paramount to the success of this popular restaurant and bar.
